Coatings

The coatings obtained by the TVA group of plasma sources improve properties of components within tolerance limits.

Metal, ceamic, Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) thin films.
Substrates: Si wafer, quartz, metal, organic materials (thermally sensitive), polimer, flexible materials. Any material can be coated.
Applications: antimicrobial films, bio-compatible films, anti-sticking of cells on surfaces, dry lubrication on mechanical parts, sensors, chemical/mechanical corrosion protection, mirrors, decorative coatings.
